What is a Break My Cake?
Break My Cake smash cakes are solid chocolate shells designed to be cracked open with a mini wooden mallet, revealing a selection of candies and chocolates inside.
They’re a fun, interactive dessert experience — perfect for gifts, celebrations, or just something different.
Allergens (Nuts, Soy & Gluten)
All products are made in a facility that handles nuts, soy, and gluten.
While we take precautions, traces of these allergens may be present in all items.
How should I store my cake?
Store your smash cake in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Refrigeration is not required.
What is the shelf life?
Smash cakes have a shelf life of up to one month from the date of pickup or delivery when stored properly.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery across the Greater Toronto & Halton Area, Monday through Saturday.
- Delivery window: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Specific delivery times are not guaranteed
For time-sensitive events, we recommend ordering at least one day in advance.
Pickup Policy
All orders are prepared fresh and made to order for the selected pickup date and time. Customers are responsible for arriving within their scheduled pickup window.
If you are running late, please contact us in advance.
No-Show / Missed Pickup
Orders that are not picked up within the scheduled pickup window are considered abandoned.
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products:
- No refunds will be issued for missed pickups
- Orders will not be remade or rescheduled
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately.
Refunds are only considered in the rare case of:
- Incorrect item provided
- Product quality issue reported within 12 hours (with photo evidence)
Chargebacks / Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to our pickup and refund policies.
Submitting a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled, and prepared order that was not collected is a violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to provide order records, communications, and fulfillment evidence to the payment provider to dispute such claims.
